Positioning study: scope and criteria
This study positions SoReady alongside six market solutions across 18 domains in three families: preparation, operations, and intelligence and control. It examines international federation requirements, venues, resources, sporting risks, operations, AI and data governance.
Markers distinguish a dedicated function (2), a partial contribution or interface (1), and a domain not established in the reviewed material (ND). They describe functional scope rather than rank quality or performance. ND does not mean the function is absent.

SoReady’s target scope is translated into concrete scenarios: applicable requirements, operational impacts and decision evidence. Selected functions and integrations are specified and verified during project acceptance.

Connect each obligation to its context, an owner and evidence. A warm-up or equipment requirement can affect venue layout, schedules, staffing and procurement.
Multiple AI models, explicit roles
One AI extracts, another researches or challenges; uncertainty stays visible. Business engines calculate, AI prepares options and authorised people approve. Data may remain in local or private environments.
Sporting risk through to decisions
Examine a course, field of play, fall zone or weather exposure. Document controls, resources, residual risk and the evidence needed for a readiness decision: ready, ready with conditions or not ready.
