OUR SUPPORT
A situation to understand.
A clear way forward.
Start with your need, agree a useful outcome and bring together the right expertise. Three possible starting points, depending on your project’s maturity.
Examine a specific challenge
A change, a deviation or a decision to prepare.
- An assessment of impacts and dependencies
- The missing information and approvals
- Options for the responsible decision-makers
A situation, a deadline and the available documents.
Prepare an event or venue
Give the teams a shared framework.
- Explicit scope and responsibilities
- A schedule linked to resources and requirements
- A readiness and evidence pack
Your team leads, milestones and project constraints.
Manage with SoReady
Define the modules, deployment model and data confidentiality requirements for your organisation.
- The selected events, roles and modules
- The exchanges with existing tools
- Acceptance and support criteria
Priority use cases and data availability.
Content, timing, price and responsibilities are agreed before the assignment. This presentation does not announce a fixed package or universal module availability.

The schedule supports the decision.
A start time, the resources it requires, dependent activities and approvals still needed: a practical brief for coordinating the people responsible.
Two venues · shared officials · fictional example
Session A: proposed start at 14:30 instead of 14:00.
After close-out, travel and preparation: officials ready at venue B at 16:30.
Session B stays at 16:15: a 15-minute shortfall on this dependency chain.
A qualified, available and authorised local relief team.
Assess the net cost after reassignment; no amount assumed.
Validate the conditions and option, then distribute a common approved version.
YOUR FIRST QUESTIONS
Start with the right information.
Must we replace our tools?
Scoping identifies the exchanges needed with your tools and the systems that remain authoritative. Integrations are agreed with your leads.
Can we start with one issue?
A challenge, venue or milestone can be the starting point. Conditions for extending the scope are then defined from the results reviewed together.
Are all modules available?
Actual availability, required data and integrations are confirmed for your project before any commitment.
Can AI approve a decision?
It makes proposals and helps examine information. Authorised people retain responsibility for decisions and approvals.
How are price and timing determined?
They depend on the assignment, modules, integrations and deployment selected. Infrastructure provision and operation are specified separately in the contract.
Does SoReady require cloud AI?
No. The target architecture supports local or private models and processing. External AI is configured according to the client’s data and permissions; it is not required for Core’s business functions.
What happens when AI is unavailable?
Core’s essential functions are designed to remain usable: budgets, scheduling, rules, document management, workflows and reporting. Assistants show their unavailable status; missing outputs are never treated as approved. This independence is verified during acceptance testing.
Does LSE provide hosting?
Only where the contract includes it. Infrastructure may be supplied by the client or an agreed operator. Responsibility for hosting, operation, backups, security and service levels is explicitly assigned.
LET’S DISCUSS YOUR EVENT
A need. A deadline.
A useful first conversation.
Tell us about your event, your role and the situation to examine. We can then agree the scope, deliverables and conditions for the next step.
