LinkSports & Events runs the operational preparation of complex international sports programmes — federations, organising committees, host cities and programme leadership teams — from framing through to proof of opening. A word from the founder

I'm a seasoned professional — formerly Operations Director for France at an international IT services company, then running projects across the world, in sport and beyond. That path gave me a 360° view of what a client actually needs, and one simple conviction: you only understand a business by living inside it, never by watching from a distance. The client first, and the sense of service that comes with it — that is what drives LSE every day.

Depending on what each mission requires, LinkSports & Events can call on a network of senior experts from sport, organisation, architecture, sports infrastructure, sustainable development and sports medicine. The expertise called upon and its scope are specified for each mandate.

Sport Risk Assessment

Structured readiness step for a competition, especially critical for road-based sports. It describes hazards, exposed populations, measures, owners, evidence, acceptances and constraints from competent authorities. It never substitutes for the official validations required.

Event Risks

Cross-programme view: probability, impact, dependencies, trend, criticality and treatment. Indicators compute exposure and support trade-offs; they are neither a certification nor an automatic decision.

AI & MCP SUPERVISION

AI proposes. The human decides.

Algorithmic assistance speeds up analysis and keeps references current, without shifting authority. Deterministic rules compute states; several AIs may challenge the analysis. Any change to a controlled reference, a baseline or officially validated information goes through governed control and a human decision.

Architecture principle

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open, agnostic protocol — not a proprietary connector — that SoReady™ places above its reference data (sports and disciplines, planning, risk) to power both the product’s contextual assistance and this site’s cross-checked AI. For clients running on-premise engines, local AI agents extend the same setup. These connectors stay under least privilege, with authorised tools, an audit log and human confirmation: SoReady™ preserves the status, version and provenance of official information, which only the competent authority can confer.
