Controller and scope
LinkSports & Events, at the registered address in the legal notice, controls personal data processing for this corporate website. A SoReady client portal is governed by the service-specific information and agreements.
Contacting LSE
The form collects your name, email address, organisation if provided, and message. Required fields allow us to respond. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request, or LSE’s legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. Contacting us or downloading a document does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and retention
Enquiries are sent to authorised LSE staff and pass through hosting and email providers. Prospect enquiries are retained for no more than three years after the last active contact, unless deleted earlier or subject to a legal retention duty. Contractual records have their own statutory retention requirements.
Security and logs
Your IP address is used to limit abusive requests. Application rate limiting uses a temporary fingerprint and timestamps; it does not log message content. Rate-limit windows do not exceed 24 hours; physical cleanup occurs during requests or through a scheduled task. The host may maintain its own security logs under its terms. Do not submit medical data, passwords or confidential documents through this public website.
Website assistant
The topic guide does not send your questions to a third party. If the AI assistant is enabled, your messages and limited session history are sent, when you choose to submit them, via the LSE server to model provider Anthropic to generate an answer. Answers may be inaccurate. Sending requires a deliberate action and explicit consent in the assistant window. Do not submit sensitive, confidential or privileged data. LSE does not claim that AI exchanges are processed exclusively within the European Union. This corporate website guide is separate from SoReady Intelligence and does not determine the AI mode or processing location chosen for a client installation.
Cookies and analytics
This version sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no external video player. Videos are hosted on this site and load at your request. Your chosen theme is stored in your tab’s session storage so it stays consistent between pages, until the tab is closed. Assistant history remains only in page memory.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact contact@linksportsevents.com. Proof of identity is requested only if there is reasonable doubt. We normally respond within one month; a justified extension may be required. You may complain to the French supervisory authority CNIL at www.cnil.fr or your competent data protection authority. External websites have their own privacy policies.
