Privacy Policy

This page explains what data LinkSports & Events (LSE) collects on linksportsevents.com, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller
LinkSports & Events (LSE) is the controller for the data described here. For the company's full details, see the legal notice. Contact: contact@linksportsevents.com.
Data collected and purposes
Contact form: name, email and message, used only to answer your request.
Document-download form: name, organisation, email and, if you provide it, phone number — used to send you the requested document and, if you tick the opt-in box, to follow up with you. Phone number and consent to be contacted are both optional.
SoReady™ assistant: your question is sent to generate a reply; the content of the exchange is not retained (see the dedicated section below).
Legal basis
Answering a request you send us (contact or documentation) relies on LSE's legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to it. Following up with you beyond that reply relies on your explicit consent, given through an opt-in box that is never pre-checked.
Recipients and hosting
Information submitted through these forms is intended for LSE only. It is never sold or shared with a third party for commercial purposes, and no third-party analytics or advertising tool runs on this site. The site is hosted by IONOS, within the European Union.
Retention periods
The contact and document-download forms are not stored on the server beyond sending the corresponding email to LSE. Only a technical fingerprint of the IP address is kept briefly, solely to limit abuse (1 hour for the forms, 24 hours for the conversational assistant), then automatically deleted.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no third-party cookies, audience-measurement tool or advertising. Local browser storage is used only to remember that a visit has already taken place, so the introduction animation isn't replayed — this stays on your device and is never sent to LSE or to any third party.
The SoReady™ assistant
Do not enter any confidential information, sensitive personal data, or data belonging to a non-public programme into the chat. The content of exchanges is never retained; only a technical fingerprint of the IP address is used, for 24 hours, to limit abuse.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the use of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@linksportsevents.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
