Purpose and audience
This website presents LinkSports & Events’ advisory, preparation and management services and the SoReady solution, primarily for professional organisations. It offers no online purchase, subscription or quotation acceptance. A form submission or demonstration is not an order.
Agreeing an assignment
Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, prerequisites, timetable, price, payment and acceptance criteria are set out in a quotation or contract accepted by the parties. Applicable commercial terms are provided before commitment and on request. Presentation pages alone guarantee no price, outcome deadline or service level.
SoReady and client data
Supplied modules, users, events, AI capabilities, connections, quotas and support are defined in the contract. SoReady is designed for deployment on client infrastructure, on-premise, in a private cloud, on dedicated infrastructure or in an operated environment. The contract assigns responsibility for infrastructure provision, hosting, operation, security, backups and exit arrangements. LSE supplies these resources and services only where explicitly included in the accepted scope. The feed catalogue does not guarantee an available or authorised connector for every source.
Rules, calculations and decisions
AI explains, researches, compares, correlates and proposes; business engines calculate using configured rules; authorised people approve. The target architecture separates SoReady Core from SoReady Intelligence so that AI unavailability does not block essential business functions. This independence and its limits are verified during acceptance testing; it is not a general infrastructure availability guarantee. The demonstration certifies no event and changes no real schedule.
Use and liability
Users must act lawfully, respect third-party rights and refrain from submitting malicious or inappropriate confidential content. LSE may interrupt access for maintenance or security. Service warranties and liability limits are governed by the applicable contract and law; this page does not replace them.
Languages, links and disputes
French, English and German versions aid understanding. A contract specifies its authoritative language. External links do not guarantee external content. If a difficulty arises, contact LSE first to seek an amicable solution, without prejudice to applicable statutory rights and remedies.
